How the Blend Works

The 30% Perennial Ryegrass germinates rapidly (5–7 days), giving you quick green cover while the slower-germinating RTF Tall Fescue establishes its deep root system. Once the 70% RTF Tall Fescue takes hold, you get a self-repairing, drought-tolerant lawn that holds up to heavy foot traffic year-round.
