How to Plant Turf Plugs
- Prepare soil — remove weeds, loosen to 100mm depth, and level the surface
- Space plugs 300–500mm apart depending on how quickly you want coverage
- Plant plugs at soil level — do not bury the crown
- Water thoroughly after planting and keep moist for the first 2–3 weeks
- Apply a starter fertiliser to encourage root establishment
- Plugs will spread and fill in within one growing season
