Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your OzGrass purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unopened and unused condition in original packaging
- Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Refunds will not be issued until goods are received and inspected
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used seed bags
- Live turf plugs (perishable/biological products)
- Any product that has been used, mixed, or applied
Damaged or Incorrect Orders Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email photos to info@ozgrass.com.au and we will arrange a resolution.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
